Tina offers mixed level classes, inclusive of beginners with modifications for all and with use of small equipment, such as resistance bands and inflatable balls. Pilates compliments many other exercises with focus on correct breathing, alignment and engagement of the core.

Meet the founder
Tina is a fully qualified and insured Pilates Instructor. Tina has experienced health problems including rheumatoid arthritis, joint pain and damage as well as multiple surgeries on her knee, wrist and abdomen. She is delighted to share her journey and by teaching Pilates, show you how to overcome many different challenges.
